The Imagine Project is about many things. It’s about healing through imagination, it’s about hope, and it’s about finding new possibilities in your life. One of the most important pieces of The Imagine Project is remembering to be kind to others because Everyone Has A Story.
During the two years I spent traveling and meeting everyday people from across the US, I quickly realized that everyone has a story; neighbors, coworkers, grocery store clerks, the homeless, even our friends. I’m working to raise awareness around the idea that everyone has a story. To remember to think twice when you cross someone else’s path, to look into their eyes and think about what might be going on in their life today. Be kind and compassionate—because you never know what they might be facing that day.
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you”. –Maya Angelou
Take time to stop and listen today. Send someone a look of compassion. Give a stranger a compliment. It might just change someone’s day, even life.
Help me spread the word that Kindness matters because everyone has a story.
I am currently running a Thunderclap Campaign to promote the message of #Kindnessmatters because everyone has a story. I would love your support in spreading this message. Will you help please?
There is no money required, you simply go to my Thunderclap page and sign up. It’s all administered by Thunderclap. I promise there are no recurrent emails, no spam, and no money involved—just a great message. The more people involved, the more the message will be heard. We are up to a social reach of over 300,000!
World Humanitarian Day did a Thunderclap Campaign that reached 1 billion people! Think we can compete? Please check it out and spread the word!
